Town Square Partners feels deeply for those experiencing homelessness. Through a pilot program, we are seeking sustainable outcomes through an approach rooted in relationship and love to augment traditional wrap-around services. In a home-based environment, we are able to provide emotional and financial support to help an individual take the steps necessary to influence their future. Securing viable and sustainable employment creates a foundation that will help secure a tangible future. We help to employ or connect homeless individuals with local employers to begin the journey toward self-sustainability and health.
